Cancellation policy

Customers may choose between a one-time purchase or a recurring subscription where available.

Subscriptions

• Subscription orders renew automatically based on the selected billing frequency.
• Subscriptions may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing date to avoid future charges.
• Once a subscription order has been processed for the current cycle, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.
• Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not affect orders that have already been billed or prepared.

One-Time Purchases

• One-time purchases are charged at checkout and are non-refundable once processed.
• One-time orders cannot be canceled after processing.

General

• Due to the curated and service-based nature of our offerings, all completed orders are final.
• In rare cases where a delivery cannot be completed due to an error on our part, we may offer a refund, partial refund, or store credit at our discretion.
